I had a really nice stay of 2 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly. I loved the owner. I had a twin room with a balcony and a separate bedroom. I didn't feel like leaving - I would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay really close to sea front and the historic centre. Airy room with bathroom, extra blankets plus good kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay in Parikia next to beach, town centre & restaurants, and the ferry terminal. The whole vibe was quiet. Hosts were amicable, even gave us room with extra blankets...

This place was perfect for our stay, situated in a peaceful residential area and just a 10-minute walk to Livadia Beach.

I loved great location and staff. The bed was comfy, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge were useful. There was a bath in the private bathroom. Everything was simply fine. Thanks to a handy kitchenette I saved on dining out. Staff were helpful, had a very pleasant stay of 2 nights. Handy and easy setting just off bars, town centre and the beach.

Great location, close to the port, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels. The owner was very friendly and provided helpful recommendations for places to visit and eat.

The kitchen could have been better equipped, with more utensils and an electric kettle. The wifi reception in the room was not very strong.

Limited amenities, such as lack of air conditioning in all bedrooms and the absence of curtains in the bathroom shower, which could cause some inconvenience. parking was not available on site, so guests had to rely on street parking, which could be problematic at times.

The location of the apartment was excellent, close to other amenities as we had hoped for.

We had a great time in the reasonably spacious and airy rooms, complete with extra blankets. The availability of a shower, hairdryer, and guest toiletries was a bonus. The location was absolutely perfect, and the staff was amicable and great.

The host, Meletis, were pretty good too ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated the updated bathroom. The location of the accommodation was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. Meletis also provided me with fantastic tips on local restaurants and beautiful beaches. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paros.

We had an amazing stay at a charming studio in Paros. the location was perfect, as we were close to everything - the beach, the port, and the residential area. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a turn-down service that made coming back from the beach a delight. the hosts, Meletis and Sophia, were so hospitable and helped us with everything we needed. We felt right at home.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for someone with a bad back.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the small but functional kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main historical center and beautiful beaches. Meletis was also kind enough to provide us with delicious Greek snacks and drinks throughout our stay. The warm welcome and hospitality we received made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Meletis Studios for a wonderful and affordable stay in Parikia.

The owners are mind-blowingly amazing - they helped us get a super cheap rental car and made us a jaw-dropping Greek coffee. They are incredibly friendly and helpful with every question and problem we had. The place is clean, with comfortable beds and excellent location near everything we needed. Definitely returning if in Paros!
